These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ch3 (ch3.im) and all its members. By using the ch3 platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms.

Ch3 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Ch3 operates in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in accordance with Bangladeshi law.

To open an account on ch3, the following eligibility requirements must be met. Failure to comply may result in the registration being rejected or the account being terminated at a later stage.

• You must be at least 18 Years Must Be.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each person may only hold one account per person.
• You must register under your own name — registering on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• Your account password must not be shared with anyone.
• Your mobile number must be active and registered in your name.

Providing incorrect name, date of birth, phone number, or payment details at registration may cause issues with future withdrawals. ch3 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for verification purposes (KYC).

Ch3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the event of a technical issue, suspected fraud, or a breach of the rules.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• A fully verified account (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The deposited amount must be a minimum of Wager Once before making a withdrawal.
